TEEN MOM NEEDS ADVISE

    Ok i want to file for child surrport but i am affraid im going to loose my daughter to her father.
    My babys dad didnt come around until 7 months so he is not on the birth certificate.
    I was working and going to school but my mom went to the hospital and was diagnosed with cancer! I lost my job due to not having a sitter. For a month her dad was coming around he thinks my world revovels around him and only takes his daughter 1nce a month!!!! Im fed up with his crap.... I want to file for child support but since i am not working can they give custody to her father???
    PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

    You need to file for cutody in court, it has nothing to do with your child support but you should try to get it one.
