child support

    So my divorce is not final yet and my ex has been paying me weekly my child support. He tells me today that his new job does not do direct deposit ans i will gwtvahold my check sometime next week. He only gets our daughter every other weekend. So i told him no $ than he won't talk to our daughter. The threatened police. If I'm not getting my child support when I'm suppose to, do I have to let him see or talk to our daughter?

    If there is a custody agreement in place, you have to uphold that, with or without the money. A child cannot be bought, the money isn't him paying to see/talk to her. If you aren't getting the support to take care of her, I would talk to a caseworker.
