My EX * Y* want the baby for the weekend,!!!Hi single moms! I recently became a single mom, my son is 6months now. his dad told me to have an abortin when i was three weeks pregnant and i refused, he sais if I keep it it is my problem that he didn't care. So i kept it. Since then we never spoke. 6months ago when i gave birth he din't come to see me, I told him that he had the right to come and see his son but he never showed up. When Dus was 2months , i asked him some money so i can surcomsize him he dint reply, not because he didn't have the money< when i gave birth he reived insurance money , over 50K.bought a BMW , got a new girl whom he claim to be engaged to> anyways he didnt give me a cent. after court=,DNA,he has to pay child support.Now he came to my place to see the baby along with his family - the new girlfriend. We didnt get a chance to talk, he said he was gona come so we can talk. then he said his girlfriend wanted to come with him,I said no, and he choised not to come at all, after arguing for hours.And added that we should not be talking. Now he texted me and told me he want the baby for the weekend, meaning he is gona take him. ,I don't know what to do,I don't feel comfortable letting him taking my baby..I need advice pls.Shoild it be just VISITATION? Or CAN HAV HIM UNDER MY SUPERVISION? Thanks.
PS: I call him my ex Y because he said we were not girlfriends and weren't in relationship either only after sleeping with me for over two years.lol.
